Shipping is charged on a per-item basis. Varying weights and packaging costs contribute to the cost of each item's shipping.

International Shipping

We will do our best to acommodate all orders to international addresses. Due to the added expense of the shipping process, we'll contact you in regards to any additional costs.

Returns

The Pickleball Store is a reseller of Pickleball equipment. If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, you may send it back for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days of purchase. We also offer a 90 day limited warranty if there are any defects or problems with our products.

Limited Warranty

We will give a 90 limited warranty on any items that are defective. We cannot be responsible for any issues with any products due to equipment abuse or misuse. The warranty will apply only to merchandise that is defective during normal use.
